Excellent self-rising flour.
I have now used this SELF-RISING flour for several quick breads, (banana, pumpkin, cinnamon streusel) for biscuits, scones, pancakes, waffles, doughnuts and muffins.I am very pleased with the results and the price is excellent. The flavors of the plain biscuits and scones are exactly the way I want, the "loft" from the leavening is very good and the texture of the baked good is superior.
