At 65 years old this is the first backpack I have owned. I needed it for traveling as carrying totes was getting too heavy and this is a wonderful backpack. It is so light and expands to fit my laptop, iPad, and other items. It is also nice looking and sturdy so it looks professional. Fits under an airline seat too. I could not be happier with it.

I don’t know how they are measuring ... I had high hopes I could use as weekend travel for train/bus/plane. It’s really great that the shoulder straps tuck in for smooth brief case look, without dangling straps. The bonus side unzip bottle carrier is a nice design thought, mini umbrella might fit too.Unsure why the logo strap/tab opens/closes with weak magnetic close? Any ideas?Quality is superior, design great, but expanded to 7.1 inches NO. Will keep for a brief case only. Respectfully RIred

As a college student carrying textbooks, pens, and papers everywhere, I can easily and honestly say this is the best backpack ever. It has a variety of pockets in different sizes for whatever you need to bring with you, easy access zippers, and expandability for bulkier items. The adjustable straps are padded and comfortable and tuck away if you need them to disappear. There's also a side pocket for a bottle of water to help you stay hyrdrated on the go! It's a beautifully made, quality product with a design that fits my fashion and life style perfectly.

I love this bag, I haven't had a backpack in about 15 years. Not too big, just the right size I need for what I'm using it for.

Good layout, well made. Strap buckles tend to loosen quite easily--need to bite more tightly. Also, a small chest strap would be useful. But overall, just fine.

I purchased this mostly for convenience while traveling with my laptop and devices. The compartments are very handy and roomy. The bag is very versatile. It is a bit awkward as an everyday backpack but works well for travel and the briefcase like versatility is excellent. Well done!

This is an excellent bag. I love the fact you can easily carry it 3-different ways. Quick compartment to hide straps if you don’t want to carry as a backpack.Plenty of pockets but not overly big and cumbersome to carry. I use for laptop, tablet and plenty other necessities while on the move. Great for travel

Straps are a little flimsy, but overall a great bag for the money. If I could put heavier duty straps on it I would be blown away for the money. Still yet for the money a good buy.

Bag just arrived and is a perfect size for those annoying flights with Ryanair. The fact it can be expanded is great as it means I can travel for work without having to take two bags, one for laptop and one for clothes. Nice details and loads of pockets for stuff, and I can put it on my back. Let’s hope it lasts. Would have liked a grey one but black is fine.

Unfortunately I have to Agee with other reviews. Bag is now falling apart. Fraying on shoulder straps after mild use. I’ll be asking for my money back on this!Really nice product with good build quality and finish. Only criticism would be the length of the shoulder straps - could be shorter so bag sits on my back more snug but personal preference. Overall all good!

Disappointed with this product. The straps are really bad quality. They are not adjustable. I am 5'3" and the bag sits very low on me as I cannot adjust the straps. I will need to see the straps to get the required adjustment as the straps are a continuous loop which constantly slide down.The quality of the bag is good however but seeing as I have issues with the straps, I cant give this bag a high rating.

What a great laptop bag. Really good quality and perfect size. Very comfortable to carry and lots of useful pockets for all accessories. Everyone at work has admired it.

It's a nice slim light rucksack, but is not comfortable for long journeys and is most definitely not waterproof.
