RYAN Monofilament Wig #1653 designed by Noriko (Color Selected: BUTTER PECAN-R)

This is a two part review: for the wig and for the wonderful customer service I received from Triple Star. Ryan is a lovely wig. I already owned a Ryan in bronzed brown and wanted another in a different color. I wanted one that was on the brown side but with definite red tones. I intended to order it in Ginger-H. Instead, I accidentally ordered it in Ginger Brown, a darker color. When it arrived, there was an instruction sheet from the seller that contained a phone number to call if I had issues or questions. I called and left a message explaining the problem and that I wished to exchange the wig for one in the preferred color. When I didn't hear back within a couple of days, I called Amazon (this is a third party seller) and they instructed me to fill in the return request. They would submit it to the seller who would then email me authorization to return along with instructions and an address label which I did. That evening, I got a call back from the owner of Triple Star. He apologized for not calling back sooner-he had been out of town and had just picked up his messages. I explained my problem. He spent an hour on the phone with me pulling wigs and describing the various colors that he thought might work for me (choosing from the little sample swatches is difficult). We finally agreed that my first choice, Ginger-H, was the closest. I returned the wig as instructed and expected to have to reorder since this is what I was told by Amazon. To my surprise, a few days later, a Ryan wig arrived in my mail box sent by Triple Star. I cannot say enough about the service that Triple Star provided to me! And the wig is lovely.

The wig is well made with a single monofilament top at the front of the scalp. The style is cute, but it has too much volume on top for me. It will require a bit of thinning to make it look more natural and not as "poufy". I have a smaller than average head size and the cap fit me well, not big at all. The color (I got cappuccino) is pretty and natural looking.

This wig is an excellent quality. The hair looked real and the cap was well made. I regret it had to be returned as it was too large for my head.
