Not entirely compatible
Finish is very rough, but importantly the external dimensions are way off. Using this to replace a damaged heat sink, and with the petsfang specifically, it's pretty loose and wobbles around just from moving my x axis. Im sure it would be functional as a heatsink but if you cant properly mount it, its useless.
