I have used previous L-Arginine products before. Some recommend taking up to three 1000 mg L-Arginine tablets. I walked away with little to no results. I received Vitboost L-Arginine Extra Strength and noticed that it advertises as 1500 mg of L-Arginine, but is actually three total capsule of a blend (1000 mg L-Arginine, 500 mg Citriline Malate, 100 mg of Cayenne Pepper). But I decided to see if I would notice a difference. I am pleasantly surprised. I have a boost of energy, a nice pump during and after exercise, and I feel great. Great product so far!!

I have been on L-Arginine for 34 days now, I remember not taking it for a weekend as I was away and forgot take it with me. I tried doing my usual workout for 60 minutes (as I usually do), oh my, let's put it this way....I have not forgotten to take it with me again....LOL. The workout was long and brutal. Only then I realized the difference it makes working out when taking it as opposed to not. My goodness it makes a big difference with completing and not feeling as if you are going to finish strong or finish at all. I do not want to feel that again. It is a great product.

Honestly, i wasn't expecting this to do that or i didn't know that a supplement like this would help with an issue i was having since YEARS ago. I bought this only thinking about the positive effects with the gym but it def helped down there too i was feeling a bit numb or having some pain after releasing, i was suspecting that it could be due to blood circulation problems, and it was confirmed after i started using this, everything is perfect again! Even i get stronger er-ec-ti-ons now, this thing works def if you think/suspect that you have circulation issues. Will buy again for sure.

For me, this is like a fountain of youth! Within ~30 minutes of taking, I have significantly more energy and my mood is seriously elevated. It's allowed me to break through some plateaus in the gym and start making gains again. While I didn't order this for any sexual performance issues or enhancement, it most definitely has had a positive effect, both in terms of quality and duration. For what it's worth, I recommended this to a friend for workout purposes and his results were pretty much nil. Take that for what it is, I guess your mileage may vary. For me though, this is a must have and definitely worth the money to try at least once.

I bought this as a replacement to my pre workout, since it’s still free. I had used beet juice and figured I’d give this a try as well..not disappointed. It game a good pump during my workouts, helped me stay focused and obviously I slept better since the workouts were great. Taste wise is pretty good, has a kick because of the pepper and that also helped with the getting warmed up during my sets. Advise..don’t use if you have heartburn..it’ll make it act up. Aside from that..great product, I recommend it as a Stim free alternative, will definitely purchase again.

Needed a boost at work after feeling like my endurance was taking a hit 🎯 However, upon trying these I did feel a little of a difference boost wise but what came with it was unexpected. I started experiencing nausea that comes and goes. Gave a 3 star rating for the side effects I experienced and the fact it just isn't for me but it does work.

This has been a great product for me. I use it primarily for circulatory issues and it has helped to maintain a very healthy blood pressure. My PCP said, whatever you are doing, keep doing it.
