Diamond Select Toys Marvel Select Sabretooth Action Figure

Sabretooth has never been a huge favorite of mine however I tend to buy my DSTs in pairs so I had to get him with the Wolverine figure. I ended up liking this Sabretooth figure a lot more. The figure has a good weight, durable and articulates very well.Unfortunately, the pictured base is not what you get in the packaging and I got a bit nervous moving the joints around b/c they felt like they'd break. Although, once you've moved them, they do move a lot easier and still hold their form afterwards.Finally, his hands/claws are pretty sharp. I wouldn't recommend them for little children. Overall, great quality figure, true to the 90's comics/cartoons.

Early version of Marvel Selects. Therefore it’s a beautiful sculpt but very little articulation. Purchase mainly for the diorama piece included. Very heavy toy and the claws on the Sabretooth figure is sharp plus on the elbow claw. Again a very solid and heavy figure. Well made.

Very good piece but has little articulation

Great looking toy but one drawback. The picture shows some items in front of his feet that are not included in the box. The items with the wires sticking out are not in box. Buyers beware. It is not that big of a deal but, the picture is also incorrect on the actual packaging as well. Diamond Select only has an email address and no contact number.

I have around 10 diamond select figures and this is a very stable figure when you put it in the right position. I have heard complaints on the figure he is unstable do to the figure crouching over with the added fact no torso articulation. This is true, but if you put him in a position with good wieght distubution(ie one foot forward) he is very stable, I have a hulk figure who isn't as stable as this guy. As with every one of my diamond select figures I have recieved them with no damage whatsoever with the exception of sometimes cardboard creasing. Another complaint is the picture shows the base with more items than what you get, ALSO TRUE, but I care about the figure not the base, the figure is as pictured. Hope this helps in case you decide on sabretooth.

I'm lucky I display my figures loose because it looks like sabertooth himself had a problem with his packaging. Missing parts for base plate and alternative head sculpt. Saber tooth was dripping water
