I'm not entirely sure what point there is in manufacturing these. I, unfortunately bought 4 wheels, only to discover they simply do not do what they should do. And they're all the same dismal quality. The bearings are free from any signs of lubricant, and the wheels do not spin freely - feels like the bearings are just rocks inside. And then add the slightest bit of axial compression (i.e. actually fit them and tighten up the axle bolt) and they lock up solid. In fact they only roll if you leave the axle bolt untightened and even then they only rotate by mean of the entire bearing housing turning on the axle bolt - so I wouldn't expect the axle to last very long, even if you can manage to avoid the axle bolt coming completely undone and dropping out in-use. Utter and complete rubbish. ANd not worth retunring because, yep, you guessed where they came from ... ARRRRRRRGH!

Bought these to replace a delaminated wheel on a Victorinox cabin case. The company would have replaced it but it meant sending it to a specialist for repair and I didn’t have time for that. Bought these and they are perfect. They fit well and I was easily able to remove the old wheels with the Allen key. I was able to re-use the original screws. Result!

It's not perfect! On the plus side, the build and materials seem to be of good quality. The main flaw on the design side is that, when you tighten the screws past a certain point, the wheels hardly turn. The less than optimum solution is to keep the screws sligthly looser but time will tell whether it will uncrew itself with use. Not sure I would fully recommend but, in my particular case, should be good enough for my purposes.

Got 2 sets of these for an experiment to fit onto a drawer under a kitchen cabinet. Unfortunately on arrival, one of the bearings was missing, so I contacted the seller, their response to my email was immediate, and today I received a replacement set of bearings. Fitted them, and the experiment worked fine, not only do I have a drawer on wheels, my Grandson has a car as well!! I will certainly be buying more of these for the rest of the drawers.

I used this wheel replacement kit to rescue my favourite Samsonite carry on case I have used for many years. Delighted to have my travel companion with me again. This was too good a case to just throw away because one wheel broke. I would definately recommend this product and will use again in the future.

Looked the business and work fine. Needed a hacksaw to get the old wheel off and used this to trim the length of the bolt. Fits perfectly now. Will buy again if I need another pair.

I purchased these to replace the wheels on my studio lights carry case, as one of the wheels had jammed and worn where it was dragging. I replaced both and the difference is very noticeable, a lot less noise and a lot smoother to push/pull. Well worth it.
