Will this product work for a man with scientist 14 extra wide fee

i wear 15 extra wide and it works great

Will this work for ankle socks & will it stretch your socks out?

I got this for my elderly mother who wears ankle socks without much stretch. This did not work for her ankle socks. They wouldn’t fit over the hard plastic,

Do you need two hands to use this? I’m looking for a sock aid for someone with limited use of his left hand.

I do believe that you would need two hands to use this device. Both to put the sock on the plastic tube and to pull the device over your foot.

I'm having a very difficult time getting my compression socks on to this device. What am I doing wrong?

I see that one person had the answer that worked for me this is exactly the way I did it after trying the way you would do it for regular socks. Load 1 - 2” of the sock onto the devise. When you have the sock loaded up to 1/2 the heel of the sock; then put your foot into the open end of the sock and push your foot through to the toe. (This worked for me) and is the blessing i have been looking for. There is still alot of tugging and pulling but you can do it. I suddenly found myself with noone to help me (he was hospitalized this was THE answer.

After having L3/4 spinal fusion surgery I was looking for tools to make my life a lot easier. Socks and shoes are a major issue even 2 months post op. I bought this sock aid, and tried to cancel the order as I was sceptical about how it would perform. I tried to refuse delivery, couldn’t get to the door in time (obviously). Asked to return it as it was unopened and didn’t want it. Amazon Customer Services said they could not accept it back even unopened. Did to keep it and as I had tried to cancel the order, refunded me. Thought I would try the sock aid out and alas, it worked amazingly. Now I have Hobbit sized feet (very wide, lil bit hairy I guess!), but the sock aid was amazing. Not bending to put socks on at all. Yes, it was effectively free, but I can honestly say it’s the best support kit, I’ve not bought and tried to return, ever. Easy to use, makes me more independent, means my partner doesn’t have to help me and touch my feet (who would?!). Highly recommend!

L'ho acquistato perchè mia madre aveva difficoltà a vestire i collant. Mi ha chiesto una soluzione ed io le ho proposto questo attrezzo. Progettato semplicemente, di plastica ben rifinita che non rischia di pungere o graffiare, o peggio di rompere le calze. E' molto funzionale e ha risolto i problemi di mia madre. Il prezzo è conforme alla qualità. Consigliatissimo.
