I spent so long hunting for decent frames at an affordable price. This is a great value pack of 4 A4 frames, that are lightweight and yet, still sturdy (basically pulling off the impossible!) The back of the frames is firm and allows you to hang in a variety of directions. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the purchase, and will be buying another set to fill up the walls.

I was looking for some very lightweight frames, as I live in rented accommodation so can't put big nails in the walls or use a drill. These frames are the perfect solution, they look great, they are super lightweight, and the price is really good too. Great value for money and very pleased. If you are one thing a fancy a frame, then you may want to look elsewhere. But these are great value for money for if you're looking for a basic black frame.

As many reviews beforehand stated, these aren’t ikea frames. They claim them to be on the listing and invoice but they’re not. However, they’re ok. They work out at £3 each (at the current rate of £12 for 4) so they’re ok. Cheap and cheerful. Corners of the frames were a bit peeled, but doesn’t matter much to me as I just want to frame some football team sheets and programmes to add to my ever growing wall collection! If it were something I wanted to stand out in a room for everyone to drool over, probably wouldn’t use these. Not too sturdy but again alright to put on the wall, and ok in general if you don’t mind the plastic screen not being a “tight fit” after securing the back. TLDR: ok frames, cheap, not ikea, do the trick for now!

After reading some of the reviews, flimsy etc, I was skeptical but thought well the materials are clearly stated and I wouldn't expect those materials to be super heavy etc so I ordered them. Arrived fast and well packaged and initially thought they look sleek, simple and elegant, which is exactly what I want, as I want the pictures to do the talking, not the frame. Upon handling again I can relate to the flimsy comments, but when handled sensible and mounted on the wall, voila doesn't need to be super durable. One negative I initially had was the picture quality/clarity with plastic rather than glass panels, as it dulled the colours down, but that turned out to be a senior moment on my part, not wearing my glasses and no obvious signs both sides were clear poly coated to protect from scratches. So, I took them back apart, pulled the polythene off both sides and tried again and voila pictures brought back to life, so a pointer there for others who don't spot the protective coating both sides. Overall very pleased and will buy more.

Hmmm... was happy with these initially, low cost for hanging kids certificates etc. However as I pulled frame no 3 from the wrapper having had these for some months, the plastic "glass" is broken in many places. I guess my fault for not thoroughly checking the product on receipt. They are cheap frames. You wouldn't want it on your mantle piece with your wedding photo's displayed. Good enough for purpose I bought but remain annoyed at myself for not inspecting them all

Bought pack of 4 black frames from here and another 4 directly from Ikea. Product, labellin and quality were identical. Not sure why others have stated the ones from here were fake? Must just be unlucky. Clear film on both sides to protect the plastic peels off. Suggest you do this before putting a picture in the frame, that might be helpful. Unless you prefer having a black logo featuring in your artwork. Very lightweight, but well made and shouldn't cause any damage to plasterboard walls. Very happy with purchase.

Ordered these and wasn't sure how they'd be because of the previous reviews. But honestly, they're great. No scuff marks. There was one little scratch like thing on one of the plastic windows, but I just hid it in the black of the prints.. They DO have a stand and 2 attachments for you to hang the frames either horizontal or vertical. Bought them to frame these prints as a gift. I'm really happy with this purchase and would definitely order again. The plastic window has a protective film on both sides that's easy to remove which protects the plastic 'glass' from getting scratched in transit. Came quickly, no problems.

Great value for money, only issue I found with these are that they’re not glass they’re plastic. They have two sticky sheets on you have to peel off and ass soon as I took mine off they scratched quite easy. Would buy again just wish I knew beforehand how easy they would scratch if you wasn’t too careful.
