Eurotech URN HOT Water Dispenser, ET7100, White

I have been using this urn for 3 months now and it works really well. Water is hot and it pumps easily. I keep it plugged in all the time. I hope it will last me for many more years.

Great price. Works as expected. I now have hot water on demand. If you don't need big size, the 3-quart maybe a better choice.

Pros: 1) holds a big pot of water; 2) cheaper than other brands. Cons: 1) the electrical cord keeps disconnecting at the base; 2) need a lot of muscle to dispense a little water; 3) the outside of the top half of the pot is hot (haven't check my electric bill yet); 4) there is a tiny lazy Susan (turning disc) on the bottom of pot, but it only turns when the pot is empty.

It took me a while to find an electric hot water urn that you pump the water our by hand. I don't like the electric pump variety. Anyway, this one really fit the bill! It has a great capacity, heats the water quickly, and holds it at the perfect temperature. I am so glad I bought it!

I bought this to replace my old 6 quart urn, and it works very well. I wish it had a 6 quart capacity. Pros: Attractive; water boils quickly; has a strong pump (can fill a large mug in one shot, at least when urn is near full); keeps water hot all day. Cons: Pump is almost too strong and if you're not careful you can spray some hot water. Fortunately, you don't have to push it so hard. On the whole, an excellent product.

Worked for a couple of months, but one day it didn't turn off when the water was hot. It continued boiling and the escaped steam ruined our cabinets above it. Also, when it was new, it took about two weeks for the chemical smell and taste to diminsh.

It's perfect! It's the same style as my old one and instead of $85 it's only $50! It's girly of course but who cares! It serves it's purpose perfectly and in a stylish way! Plus cleaning and maintenance is super easy. I high recommend this hot pot.

Bought this for the office to replace a nearly-identical one that lasted 12 years. Works great, water stays *very* hot all day. For whatever reason, there is no power switch -- unit must be UNPLUGGED to turn off. The old one also had no power switch.
