I've been using Vital Earth fulvic minerals for years. I originally started using it because I can't drink chlorinated water regularly without having digestive problems, so I started drinking filtered water and was concerned that the minerals were also being filtered out. (Btw, I hate the taste of the flavored liquid minerals options.) I have a 2 cup water thermos and I add a small amount of the minerals each time I refill it. Bonus! It makes the water taste really good to me. That's great, because I have to be sure to drink a whole lot of water because of a medical condition. My guess is that I'm getting a cumulative ounce, ounce and a half, of the minerals by adding a little to my water 4 or 5 times a day.

A very good formula but for the money, two people taking the recommended dose, the bottle goes quickly.Has a fairly neutral taste and goes down easy.

No taste! I put it in smoothies- good quality!

I have been sneaking these minerals into an old mans juice for a few years, he is now 99 going on 100. When he goes a few weeks without the minerals, you can watch him slow down and become senile. When he is on a steady dose, he is aware and is able to take care of himself.

I was missing minerals in my quest for health! A friend recommended this product, and after 2 weeks, I am beginning to have more energy! I am very thankful!
