Amazing idea, but needs more transparency
I love this product and give it to my youngest 3x a week (alternating with little mixins peanut powder) for allergy prevention after he turned a bit red around the mouth with peanut butter at 7 months. He has always tolerated it just fine, but the raw peanut powder I had to work up the dosage to avoid skin irritation to peanut. That makes me believe the actual amount of peanut in it is extremely low- not enough for real allergy prevention, but good for first exposure, I suppose. I've contacted the company to ask the amount of each ingredient, but they have failed to respond. My other complaint is that this company recommends this as a first intro to allergens, but any pediatrician (and common sense) would tell you that you are to introduce foods, especially allergens, one at a time. For that the ready, set, food program is much better.

Truly a SIMPLE and SAFE approach to protect my little ones from future allergies
I have been doing a lot of research on how to protect my twins from future allergies. They both turned 6 months and are starting to enjoy solid foods. At my last visit to my pediatrician, she recommended SpoonfulOne. She told me that it's only about introducing these foods early, I have to keep these foods in their diet consistently until they are a bit older. I did not realize how many foods could cause allergies in the future. This product makes it possible to include things like eggs, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, even fish like cod and salmon all-in-one... I thought I was doing a good job introducing all these foods as part of their regular diet, but, they don't really like things like shrimp yet, and I have no idea how to give them sesame or cod. This product makes it super easy. The kids love it and I highly recommend. Moms and dads - do your research!

Baby was disgusted by it
My baby screamed and refused to eat this mixed into formula after the first few sips. He hated it so much he refused bottles after for the next day for the first time in his life. Since I can't return it it is a waste of $30+.

SpoonfulOne makes it so easy!
I received a sample of SpoonfulOne from my pediatrician when I was at my daughter's last wellness visit. What an amazing product! She mentioned that the guidelines have totally changed about how we can prevent food allergies in babies -- early introduction of diverse foods fed often. SpoonfulOne makes it so easy for me to give my daughter all of these foods (shrimp! pistachios! cod! peanuts!). This is seriously the ultimate mom hack.

Easy to use!
My son has been using these since he was 4 months old. They’re super easy to use— open the tube and mix into any purée. I love that he’s getting exposed to a variety of allergens early on so we can “hopefully” prevent any major allergies in the future!

Very easy to use
Although not cheap, we think it is worth it to reduce the chance of a food allergy for our baby- more evidence that is coming out that early oral exposure to peanuts and other foods might prevent the majority of cases of food allergy. It is very easy to use and doesn't seem to change the taste of anything we mix it in.

Great but pricey
So far I love it. Great concept, easy to use and takes the guess work out of this. I mix it with baby cereal, mashed banana and breast milk. My daughter loves it. One complaint is that they recommend DAILY use through toddlerhood. This ish is expensive. Like close to 3$ per serving. I will probably use this 2x per week after the first week and the after a year stop using and just give her the foods themselves. Way too expensive

Causes major issues
Does not mix in or dissolve in formula. Gritty and clogs the baby’s nipple.
