Removes eye makeup without tugging on eyes

This is similar to what I use to use, only better. Creamy, takes your eye makeup off with ease and the bottle is so easy to squeeze, unlike some I’ve tried.

I would never buy this again. It won’t come out and when you do get it out it comes out in a big glob. It doesn’t remove all my mascara either. Very disappointed with this product.

It's a thick cream in a rigid plastic bottle with a tiny opening. l store it upside down but it still won't dispense. I'd love to buy this in a jar or a squeezable/rollable tube like toothpaste. If you can manage to get any out of the bottle, it does remove eye makeup well with no stinging or burning.

I enjoy using this product and knowing that my sensitive eyes won't be irritated afterwards. It's very gentle and does a decent job of lifting eye makeup so that it can be removed with a Q-Tip or cotton ball. Any remaining product rinses off easily with water. The bottle seems very small, but I really only use a tiny amount each time, so it lasts quite a while.

This is a 4oz travel size, at this price I was thinking it'd be at least 8 Oz but I was wrong. It's effective and gentle though I need to use it more than once on each eye, wiping off each time, to really get everything off and I don't often wear liner or waterproof mascara so I'm not sure how this would work for those but for everyday this is good. I use VERY little product. Maybe 1 or 2 pea sizes worth (more like 1.5) and I can usually get both eyes clean with it. So this will last a while. I'd get it again for sure. I'm just going to hunt for a larger bottle!

I have used the original blue bottle of Physicians Formula Makeup Remover for years. When it was discontinued I tried many many other brands. Nothing worked for me. I tried the new coconut version of Physicians Formula recently. IT WORKS. Not a huge noticeable odor and the thickness?...use a Qtip or similar to get out the tiny bit you need. This is the same 2 oz. size of the original. I think the little problem with thickness is worth the fact that I didn't need to use 2 kinds of remover to get off my eye makeup. I will order again and I hope they don't discontinue this anytime soon. And by the way - I wear contacts. No problem with that either. And I try to only purchase products not tested on animals.......

I LOVED the previous Physician's Formula Eye Make-up Remover. It worked well, didn't sting the eyes, and was definitely a good value. This new formula is extremely difficult to get out of the bottle. If you do not have great hand strength, do not buy this product. I am not sure I will even be able to get the majority of the product out of the bottle, since it has a narrow opening, and once it goes down in level a bit, I am not certain I'll be able to get any of it out. It does not work as well as the previous formula. If there were toxic ingredients in the previous formula, and if they changed it to be healthier for people, then that would be good to know. But as far as how well the product works in getting make-up off, it takes multiple applications now, if you can get it out of the bottle, and is much too high a price for the value you are getting. If this was $3, I wouldn't mind so much. For over $7, it is definitely not worth it! Please bring back the previous formula, or make it a healthier, more easily accessed/used product!
