Longevity unknown but a really nice hose
The other reviews leave me a bit baffled on this one. Everything about this hose is nice. It's a very high quality hose, the only verdict for me is if it is better than the heavy commercial continental/michelin hoses which typically cost 2 - 3 times as much. And for comparison, I have a similar, blue even, 100ft continental rubber hose that's been sitting in contact with the ground for my garden bed in the back of my 1 acre property. It's been working perfectly for about 5 years now with no protection from the sun or anything, so that's basically my bar for a really nice hose.Make sure you unroll this and don't just pull hose from the loops upon opening, this way there are no twists in it and kinking should be minimal. Mine layed out almost completely flat with no memory, nothing even close to a kink even without water. Fittings are stainless steel, and not aluminum or some crap fake-brass metal like many cheap hoses come with. It is definitely lighter than what one might expect for a 3/4 rubber hose but the material feels really durable. I'll update my review if this doesn't last, either the hose or the fittings, but this is one of the better hoses I've come across for the price.

Misleading Ttitle -- Hose 3/4", but fittings are only 5/8"
Pretty useless as the flow-rate is drastically reduced by the fittings on each end being 5/8" internal diameter. I will buy a true 3/4" ID hose from the local big-box as this is not worth the effort to return. I have to stop trusting these 3rd Party vendors., what a waste of my time.Amazon you really should enforce the Title matching what we actually get.

Flexible in cold weather.
It's flexible in cold weather and is easy to flip straight after hanging looped from a hose bracket.Gave it 3 stars for durability because I have only had for a short time but it looks like it will last years. One thing I don't expect to do with it is retire it for being stiff, kinky and generally more of a pain than useful.I've had these hoses for a year now. I bought (2) 25 foot lengths because I'm turning 80 in a couple weeks and I'm not as strong as I used to be plus I put shut off valves between hoses so I can turn off or adjust the flow without getting wet. They are very flexible and do kink when taking the coiled hoses off a hanger but they unkind easily with a flip/twist from the end. I don't have to walk back to the faucet to undo the kinks like some of the others. The connectors are well made and better than most. I don't know what some of the other posters are talking about. I figure they are competing hose trolls trying to put down a better made brand. The other stuff plastic nylon braid reinforced hose that was a pain will be cut into 16" lengths and used around ropes to support young fruit trees. The ropes slide back and forth inside the hose pieces with high winds preventing the tree bark from wearing off.I use 3 posts 120 degrees apart for tree support. The ropes inside the hose pieces are tied to one post, loop around the tree to the second post. Then around the tree to the 3rd post, around the tree to the beginning tie point and tied again. There is no complete wrap around the tree at any point. From above the rope assembly looks like a 3 blade fan. That's what to do with cheap kinky hose.

Should have bought this hose years ago
This is a very soft hose that doesn't retain a curl. This makes it very easy to work with around the car/yard. It can kink, particularly because it is so soft, but it is easy to shake the kink out. It's a long hose, so if you got a kink up by the house while you are 100' away, you may have to walk back, but all of the kinks I have worked with have pulled out. After dealing with nylon webbed plastic hoses for decades, I wish I would have spent the money on this years ago. Buy a good hose reel to go with it.

Solid, Durable and Reliable
Only ad the product foe about two weeks. Bicycles and my wife's car been over it already (SMH). Still going strong never miss a beat. The best thing I love about this hose it has steel fittings and not brass that can bend or warp out of shape making it unable to connect to faucet or equipment. When I connect this hose to my 3k pressure it does not leak at the connection, which is a first I've ever seen. This is a great investment hose vs the typical box store stock.

This Hose has been in the summer sun, under preassuer, all seacon with no leaks or damage!
I got this as a leader hose to an automatic irrigation system. It has been operating all irrigation season, out in the summer elements under continuous pressure. Since this is on a 3/4 line and there are some large valves up stream without an expansion tank, it has been subjected to water hammer events about every 2 hours 24-7. No leaks and no explosions. Cheap leaders don't take that punishment. Will buy again.

Old fashioned tuff hose that will last!
This is a good old fashioned hose like I grew up with. It’s heavy and that’s good- it’s not a lightweight sissy hose that will easily fail with one mistake. Well made with good materials for long life. Treat it with a little respect and it will be with you for a long time! I really like this hose.
