Excellent product,made sure we levelled the ground.It takes two of you to put it together and make sure you watch the YouTube videos.It looks good and strong. It arrived within a week and in this pandemic we were pleased how quickly it arrived,excellent sellers communication on when it would arrived.

Easy to put together, but took around 12 hours to fill and 3 days to get it warm enough for the kids with the pool heater we bought (also Bestway). It seems sturdy enough, and the kids absolutely love that it is deep enough to swim and dive about in.

Very happy children - I've even had the odd dip. We ordered this to keep our children entertained during lockdown and it is definitely doing that. It is surprisingly easy to ensemble - flat pack usually has us on the verge of filing for divorce but it clip together easily and we were still smiling. There was a bit of a delay on the delivery but we had excellent communication and customer service from seller. Would definitely recommend. We had planned on just using it this summer (it's a bit big for our garden tbh) but it's brought so much joy, it might be ressurected next summer.

This is a well made product but is a little bit confusing to build and I believe that the instruction manual was not written well enough to explain the process of building said product.

Love this was so easy to put together but I have 2 men to do the work easy assemble no tools needed

The pump stopped working within 1 month of use and the pool frame bent as shown in the picture. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT IT IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!

Started leaking a month after I had it tried to contact them for the last two months now and still nothing very bad company don’t use

Very happy with this product and company. Ordered on Wed evening and had it at my door Friday. Assembly is quick and easy. You get the pool, the pump and the ladder. No complaints here, is a perfect product and company to deal with.
