Love this flour, unfortunately not stocked in CA
I love this flour, I wish that it would sell in grocery stores here in San Diego. It is never on the shelves, and only place I can get it is through Amazon. Unfortunately it is very pricey. It is flour that is easily and fully stocked on shelves in the midwest or southern part of the U.S. It's a real bummer that we can't get this here in CA big box stores. Thank You Amazon for providing this flour and hope you keep it in stock, and maybe provide better pricing?

Do You Want Perfect Biscuits?
I take my baking very seriously, so when I read in a recent cooking magazine that this flour is the key to making perfect, flaky biscuits I had to order some for myself and check it out. Well, I couldn’t have been more pleased with that decision. The flour is easy to use in a recipe, they tasted great, And the texture was everything I had always been looking : soft, light, and flaky. It is also a very versatile flour, too, because it can be used for all sorts of cakes, scones, or pancakes.
