This was heavenly. This maple syrup is "Grade B," meaning it's much darker in color than "Grade A." This means the maple flavor is more potent. Don't be mistaken, the quality of grade A and B doesn't differ- only the strength of the flavor.すっごくおいしかった！このメープルシロップはグレードBです。グレードBというのは、色と味が濃いです。グレードAのメープルシロップは甘さは同じだけど、味がちょっと薄いです。16oz は473mlです。

This maple syrup has a very strong and deep, intensive flavor.Very nice on pancakes, or in teas if you want to really taste the maple flavor.It's also great that this is an organic product.However, for environmental reasons, I would prefer it did not come in a plastic bottle, but rather glass or earthenware.
