Pleasant smell
I don't have a problem with rodents; however, I live in the country surrounded by trees and shrubbery. I purchased this product for someone else and decided to throw a few around my home as well. The smell was pleasant, and they fit into a tiny, cute bag, so I figured why not. I placed one in each closet. Low and behold a week later, a mouse appeared from one of the closets. It was attempting to escape but was very weak. I don't know if the smell of the product affected it like that, but I'm glad I put it in the closet.

Nope.
I got these because squirrels keep digging up the dirt in my planters. I placed these on top of the dirt in the planters in the areas where the squirrels have been digging. I just now went outside and found my next-to-last baby tomatillo broken and wilted where the squirrels had dug holes right next to the repellent. There were four tomatillo plants until the squirrels destroyed them, now I just have one. I was hoping these would really work, but, sadly, it looks like I’m going to have to find another solution to protect my plants.

Great for Country Living—Keeps the Unexpected Guests Away
Living out in the country definitely has its perks, but it also means the occasional unexpected house guests—mice, squirrels, and who knows what else. I decided to give these FEARLEFT rodent repellent pellets a try after spotting some telltale signs in the attic and garage. So far, they’ve worked really well! The peppermint scent is strong and clean—not overpowering—and ever since I put them out, I haven’t seen any more critter activity. I love that they’re natural and safe to use around pets and kids. The only downside is the setup. Each pellet is individually wrapped, and you have to open them one by one and place them into the little cloth bags provided. It’s a bit time-consuming, especially when you’re trying to place several around the house and property. But overall, totally worth it for peace of mind. If you live somewhere rural (or even semi-rural), these are a great little defense system to have on hand.

Keeping the mice away
Keeping away the mice and roaches. So far it has been two weeks, and I haven't seen any mice. I will let you know if anything else happens in the coming weeks, will write another review.

My attic is still squirrel ridden
These pellets do give off a nice strong peppermint scent, if they were potpourri it'd be great. As a way to get squirrels out of your attic before your roof is repaired, not so much. I had thrown the entire box full of pellets around my attic space the day before the roofers came and at first I thought it worked because it was all quiet. But after the roofers were done the next day that very night I heard scratches and was awoken very early the day after from a frantically trapped squirrel. Upon going up there I found that the pellets had lost their sent already, just 3 days later. I'm pretty sure these were just an expensive way to have a pretty smelling attic for a day.

These did not work for us.
These did not work for us. We placed one in the kitchen pantry, one by the fridge and one in the cupboard, all places where we were finding mouse droppings. We are still finding mouse droppings in these areas. We also sprayed the bags with peppermint oil that was pretty strong for my nose. The mouse would run by us and right by the bag. I have named him Rambo.

They seem to work
Not sure how well these are working? I do have less mice coming in than before. (I live in the country) haven’t seen anymore lately. I haven’t bought any glue strips since. So that’s a plus!

Eradicating mice
After using the product I never set an eye on any mice in my house, I put a glue trap on every corner of my house, and did not trap not even one mouse.
