Which one will you recommend for osprey men's aether 60 backpack? i would assume large? the backpack could be packed quite tightly.

mine is a medium and says on the box fits 30-50 L bags, so i think a large is probably right for you. It fits nice and snug around my 50 L bag fully packed

Which to select for the Osprey Xenith 75?

I own the Aether 70 pack by Osprey, which is a very similar build however a tad bit smaller. The smaller the cheaper in this case(not by much). A large will definitely do. I have the large, and I store a rolled up therm-a-rest pad on my pack and the large is just big enough to cover it, though I wish I had the x-large because some of my pack is still exposed. If you stow gear outside your pack(other than trekking poles and ice axes) then I'd say you should get the x-large, if you pack everything internally and have no bulk out the outside from something like a sleeping pad or bear canister then the large will do just fine. If you switch it up the x-large will probably work just fine, there might be some bagginess in the back, but the raincover has an elastic drawchord that seals up nice around most Osprey packs so too big isn't really an issue, especially since you have one of the larger Osprey packs.

Is 'large' would be enough to the Volt75?

I have the Large on my Volt and even when it's stuffed to the max, the Large still fits nicely.

Will the x-large fit over a molle ii large rucksack? it's a 5000 cu inch pack which is about 80l

Osprey's sizing is always larger than stated. I have an airporter travel cover for my Farpoint 70. Osprey recommended a Medium for it, and it's so big I could fit a regular backpack in there with it easily. If Osprey says XL, get a Medium or Large.

Perfect fit and good quality

I have an Osprey backpacking backpack and this rain cover was a perfect fit for it and very easy to put on and take off of the backpack. It’s lightweight and folds down nicely into the attached storage pouch. I’m very pleased with this product and would recommend it to others.

Fits Sierra Designs 60-75 Fle Capacitor

Bought this for my SD Flex Capacitor and the fit is great. The hip cords are just right and with the QR clip on the top it is very secure. Nice and light weight too. All you could want for a pack cover.
