I work as a tech and I use this all the time. At the beginning I was having trouble trying to put on the impact but now is like butter. Pretty easy to use and it holds the bits very well

They fit on your wrench or driver securely, but the part that holds the bits is loose. I tried pulling the red part, rotating it, twisting it... the device would never hold any bits I have. If I turn the bit facing downward, it would fall out. Not too much of a problem, but I had hoped it would grab them better...

Not sure what the spring loaded tension is supposed to do. Doesn’t seem to do anything. The 3/8” socket female is very tight. The 1/4” socket side holds bits quite loosely. Paint is already chipping off spring end. Nothing special here at all.

I use these once so far, I question if the quarter inch hex shank will stand up on a three eighth in impact but we'll see. Satisfied so far.

This is a very handy tool to use your 3/8" impact gun or ratchet into a 1/4" bit driver. It lets you get a job done with fewer cordless tools. The build quality of the adapter is excellent. And use is self-explanatory. Satisfied with these and can recommend. It can also be used on a manual ratchet handle.

This 3/8in impact wrench 1/4in hex shank adapter is a must have for me. Any ratchet or impact wrench that has a 3/8in anvil will work with adapter. What makes this adapter so versatile is that you can get numerous 1/4in hex shank bits for torx, hex, phillips screwdriver, flathead screwdriver, square bits...etc. I've noticed at first this adapter was having a difficult time with locking into the 1/4in hex shank but after a dozen times of locking in and releasing the hex shank it broke in and got smoother. I would recommend this product.
