A really quick charging battery. This thing charges devices really quickly and recharges itself really fast if you have the right charging brick. The only thing to watch is you need to let it breath a bit when charging a larger device quickly as it can get warm. Mine went into thermal protection when it was in my backpack while charging an iPad Pro 2024 M4.

This is an really good power bank. When fully charged it easily charges my old Pixel phone twice. The display is useful, its a reasonable size/weight and I like the built-in cable - you can use it as a carrying handle and it has stood up to it so far with no sign of damage!Unfortunately, after 6 months there was a slight problem. After having charged my phone, I laid the battery bank down with nothing connected to it. On returning to it a few hours later, it was extremely hot around the top, and the display had stopped working. Its quite disturbing when something is getting hot and there's nothing you can do to control it. So I took it out to my cold garage, where it fully discharged itself. I didn't take the risk of trying to use it again.I was outside of the Amazon return window, so I phoned the Anker UK support number. A recorded voice said they would call me back, which they did within a few minutes. A real person took all the details, they then emailed me asking for my shipping details. A week later I had a replacement! I did not have to return the old one, they suggested I recycle it.Five stars for excellent customer service, wouldn't it would be great if all companies could be so helpful.The replacement unit works fine. But what happened with my old one along with news media coverage of Li-ion battery fires/explosions over the last year or so has reminded me to use these things with a little more caution now.So, assuming the new one doesn't develop the same problem, it's five stars from me 👍

As usual this prouct hit every check mark. Anker always bring the power and build it into a beautiful frame. The built in USB C can also be used to charge the device which is super handy! I keep a fully charged one sat in my car for emergencies and its never let me down.

Edit: Anker themselves reached out to me to try and solve the issue, and replaced the power bank. The replacement seems to be working fine and holding a good charge. I've only used it twice but it seems to be working fine. I really appreciate the customer service they provide and reaching out to the customer and attempting to solve the issue or replace the product. Would still recommend Anker as I have a few of their other products which are good and solid quality.Original: The battery capacity is 10000 mah, but it will pretty much run out of battery after charging an iPhone or pixel once that has a 5000 mah battery. I'd understand it using a bit more energy but for all 10000mah to be used up is crazy. Not good which is a shame as the other Anker products I've had before have been reliable. The built in cable design is nice though

super power bank - charges my phone on the move and round the pool on holiday. integrated usb-c handy for newer iphones but can use the standard usb with a cable for anything else. handy display to know how much charge is left.

Excellent little power bank. Charges up fast with a fast charger, charges devices fast too. The built-in cable/handle is flexible and durable enough that it doesn't show any signs of wear after quite a bit of use, makes it easy to pull the power bank out of small pockets in bags or jackets. OLED screen shows estimated time to fill up while charging and estimated time until depleted when discharging, updates the numbers roughly every half second. I've never noticed it feeling hot after extended use.

Second one of these we’ve purchased, this one for our daughter. Hold a lot of charge so great to use when out and about all day.
