Depends upon the condition of the existing valves in your amplifier. If the valves are well used and near the end of their life there ought to be a significant improvement. If they are new and the original valves supplied as stock you might perceive there to be some improvement but I would doubt that it would transform the amp in such a way it could be described as being "much better".
