Does this get rid of sweat patches/marks under breast? I got few patches under my breast but does not hurt just want it gone as its embarrassing.

I use this cream every day and it is wonderful. Because I am on the bigger side I tend to get sweat patches under my breasts which can become red and sore. If I use the 3B cream these are no longer a problem. It's fantastic stuff.
