This oil l applied to the bottoms of my feet everyday. It has completely stopped the dizziness. My drs said the crystals in ears were causing dizziness. But no more!! It dose make you feet peel, but a good pedicure can fix that. I’m no dr. So do your own research. But it worked for me.

Definitely works. I love this project. Worked really well. Def felt tingling at first but over time using it it went away less and less. Really good product and much better than taking it my mouth

It does itch at first but it subsides a little while later, we read that it's normal and it's a sign of a magnesium deficiency in your body. It does feel strange on your skin against the sheets (maybe kinda sticky?) But that also goes away after absorbing in the skin. It didn't burn or sting us just itchy! But I would rather reap good benefits than complain about the itchiness if I can stand it :) hope this helped! Happy spraying.

This stuff works amazingly well for days when I have been on my feet all day and even if I haven’t, I can use it and sleep oh so well! It does what it says it will.

Well the product it self works but the spray wouldn't come out and I had to literally pour it in my hands and rub it on my body of course wasting half of it ,but it could have been just that one bottle cause I do love their products
