My beardie did not initially make the connection that this was food unless I hand fed him, it's been a week or so and it finally clicked today. He ate like a monster and I got to watch instead of dodge bites.I only use a tablespoon of the powder per day, doesn't sound like a lot but it makes a load, he often can't finish it, although today he can't get enough apparently. It does have a distinct odor, but you have to be like right in front of it to smell it, so just walk away while it sets and you won't smell it at all.My dragon is older, not sure how old, I got him from a couple that found him at a transfer site (Alaskan garbage dump, but it's commercial trash bins that get emptied by the city into the real dump) but he looks past his prime. This food has made him a whole new lizard.He's alert, he's doing push-ups, he's bobbing at the cats, his beard hasn't turned black so I know he's just feeling his oats but oh man! It's exciting, this food has given Reptar his youth back, and it apparently tastes great because he's a fiend for it.Will buy again, it will be the only mix I will buy.

This stuff is seriously amazing my bearded dragon was on its last limb would not eat anything so I tried feeding this to him in liquid form i disregarded the directions and little by little everyday he’s coming back to life more energy bright color white under belly so thank you for whoever for creating this and to anyone with a bearded dragon that is having the same issues try this before you give up even if the vet says no hope try this first even if you have to force feed them at first it will bring them back

Great product!! Bearded dragon LOVES it. I use it as a topper on his greens. He will search it out over his greens, lol. He always comes running when he sees it. It does smell awful, but it's for a bug eating lizard, not people, haha. I have tried other gel food before and this by far seems to be the one he loves the most. I have had no issues with it not geling properly and I love the fact that I can make how much I need for a week. That way I don't worry about it going bad. Good poops, healthy appetite, and great energy. Definitely would recommend!

I had high hopes for this product based on its promise of providing complete nutrition without the need for live insects or salads. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.First, I followed the directions exactly as written, mixing the powder with boiling water, but the result was far from a gel. Despite trying different combinations of powder and water, the consistency always ended up more like watery pudding rather than the solid gel described. This made it difficult to use tongs or tweezers to mimic the hunting instinct as recommended.Second, my bearded dragon simply refused to eat it. While this could be a matter of personal preference for my dragon, the product’s texture and presentation likely didn’t help.Lastly, I reached out to the company for advice or troubleshooting tips and never received a response. This lack of customer support was disappointing and added to my overall negative experience with the product.While the concept is great, the execution left a lot to be desired. I cannot recommend this product unless improvements are made to the instructions, the formulation, or both.

The size is good and last a long time. Works well my dragon is just spoiled to bugs. Soft and easy for the. To eat.

My beardie really likes this food. It smells atrocious, so you know it must be full of nasty bug-goodness. I love this product because I can't always get live bugs, and its really easy to feed when you're short on time.A tip for anyone who purchases for the first time: Follow the instructions! Measure very carefully. I do 1 teaspoon of dry to 3 teaspoons of boiling water in a shot glass, and only mix it about 4-5 times with a small stir stick. If you overmix, it will not set properly. I definitely wasted a bit of product trying to get it right.Pros: Nutritious for dragons, easy to mix once you get the hang of it, also provides hydration.Cons: Learning curve on how to mix it properly.

Bearded dragon loved it but it’s too pricey for what you get
