Item is so adorable. Lights up perfectly. My granddaughter loved it!!!!

I got this for my 3yr old daughter in October and she absolutely loves it. It is so cute and colorful. Unfortunately the lights stopped working and she is, let’s just say, more than unhappy about it. I was hoping for a replacement but I see they only guarantee the product for 3 months. For something that cost almost $30 I’d expect it to last longer than that. Very upsetting

Did not say it needed batteries o to would have given batteries with the gift

Got this as a gift for my kiddo for his 5th Birthday. He loved it and we immediately put batteries in it. he slept with it for one night and by morning half of the lights had already stopped working. It is very soft, super cute and we loved the idea that it took regular batteries/had a timer to save battery life. I shopped early for my son's birthday so now we are past the return window even though he just opened it. Definitely would not recommend as he is pretty disappointed that his birthday gift doesn't even work.

So our light up kitty came with a hole in the neck which is disappointing.

At first my daughter really liked this Monkey, but after a month all the lights stopped working. The batteries are fresh, but only 1 (sometimes 2) lights work. They flicker and aren't steady. Something about it is defective.This thing also go through batters faster than any toy they have. 3 fresh AAAs will only last a little while.The volume is deafening and there isn't anyway to change it.

Lights went out less then a month after having this.

I bought two of these for my nieces. One does not work and the website listed for support doesn't exist.
