This stuff is pretty amazing. We work hard and play so much harder making Gnarly essential in our house. I first came across this at Whole Foods and was immediately impressed with the taste. The more I looked into it the more impressed I was by how clean and well researched it is. I try to stay very active and push it hard with whatever I’m doing and the bcaa’s have been an essential part of my recovery. Now I’ll push it just to earn that Gnarly drink at the end. It’s seriously that good. If you’re a climber, biker, triathlete, crossfitter or the like and you’re looking for a clean (and thankfully delicious) way to recover better and faster Gnarly is a must try.

I had started doing twice a day workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and it seemed no matter what I ate or how much I slept, I never felt super recovered. I sit at a desk all day, and would come back from workout number one and feel so tired, it was hard to drag myself through workout two. I am not generally a huge supplement person, I always kind of believed I should be able to get whatever I needed from proper nutrition.But hell, this looked good, and I liked it had no crap in it, I can't tolerate artificial sweeteners or food dye. I have used it for a week now, and it has made a noticeable difference in my performance. I am less sore, have more energy to complete my workouts, and generally feel better during my training. I work out 6 days a week, with two of those days being doubles, so that is a total of 8 workouts per week on top of a full time job and taking classes, I need all the help I can get! I only knocked a star off because the price is pretty steep for the amount you get, but considering the crappy fillers other brands use, I guess I can understand their price point. It still hurts a bit though :)Bottom line, give this a whirl. honestly, worst case you just have a tasty beverage, best case you find it really helps your training.

I've been taking Gnarly BCAAS for years. Through Crossfit or swimming, this has always helped with recovery. I always notice a big difference in muscle recovery when I do take it and when I don't. I also like that this doesn't have any fake flavors or caffeine since sometimes I take it late at night. I really dislike when BCAAS taste like really fake candy, this one doesn't. I usually do 1 scoop and mix it with the water I'm drinking throughout the workout. I also really like Gnarly as a company. Their Vegan Vanilla Protein is amazing as well.

Love this BCAA. I was looking for an all natural BCAA without all the artificial sweeteners and colors that other BCAA's I tried had. I'm trying to avoid this artificial stuff as much as I can and since I use BCAA's almost daily, they were definitely a place where I wanted to avoid them.I liked that this product is not all overly sweet like other BCAA's I've tried. The Fruit Punch flavor is slightly bitter but I didn't mind. I dilute my BCAA's with quite a bit of water. I like the Lemon Lime flavor better since the slight tartness offsets the bitterness better. I've also mixed the two flavors which works really well.Love that the serving size is 5 grams per scoop with the preferred 2:1:1 ratio.I've bought two containers so far and definitely will continue to buy in the future. Great BCAA!My one complaint would be that it does not come in a larger container so I don't have to repurchase to frequently. Right now it's lasting less than a month. Would like it if it lasted at least a couple months so something like 60-90 servings would be better.

This is the only brand of BCAAs that I actually like the taste of. And it’s clean nutrition which makes it that much better. I spent months trying to find one and checking labels for ingredients that I wanted to avoid. This is my second bottle of this stuff. My only complaint is that it’s expensive, but worth it! Also, make sure to use it as it will cake and harden once time passes.

As a BCAA product, this works relatively well. However, the flavor does not suit me. It is way to "in your face." It would be better maybe if there was a flavorless version. It dissolves well.I tried this because Gnarly is a good brand, and I thought maybe I could get more product for the same amount of money I spend on my prior brand.I will finish this can, but I will not buy it again. The other brand I had been using, although pricier, actually works better for me and has no flavor.

Love all of Gnarly's products but I'm especially fond of their BCAAs!They taste amazing, mix well and give you just enough of a pick me up during or before a workout to get the job done. Like wise, I feel like I recover and can go a few more days back to back when I take them consecutively. This added with the fact they they are a clean brand makes me all the more loyal to them.
