I have been using this mesh to sieve sand out gravel. Its been in and out of water for two weeks and used in a tough, abrasive environment. If it can cope with that it will be fine for insect and rodent prevention. The sheets are folded when packaged but its easy to flatten them out and the mesh is easy to cut with a pair of scissors.

The main reason to buy that was to modify my car's front grill to protect elements like intercooler and radiator from getting damaged by debris and stones from the road. It does the job very well and in addition it keeps away excess of water and insects from coming in while not affecting cooling performance. Mesh is very, very sharp at the edges so I would recommend wearing suitable gloves during cutting and working with it. 10/10

Works well for manufacturing custom side plates on bike

I used this to block a large hole behind the fridge, where I've seen a mouse come in and out from. I no longer see the mouse and there are no signs of them. It was really easy to cut to the size I needed and then I screwed it into the wall. Really simple.

I wanted to cover all my air vents and this product did the job. Appears good quality and it was easy to use. Cutting was easy as well.I will upgrade rating after I have used it for a year. Checking for rust and robustness.If it stay good, i suspect it will be 5 star

Used to cover air bricks around the property.

It has a very fine mesh and it is fairly flexible so it can be adapted to particular uses. I cut it with kitchen scissors quite easily and to the shape I needed. The edges can be quite sharp and wearing gloves helps a lot. I used it on a garden drain that was always getting clogged up, also in front of the ventilation holes that go to the foundations of the house as I think mice are getting in through them.
