Loved this. I for sure added bananas and nuts (always do). If I did not know it was gluten free, I would not have guessed. I am ordering a 2nd one (two actually) as my spouse is gluten intolerant and he keeps eating the 'regular' banana bread, when he should not.It cooks true to the recipe, and is way easier (albeit more costly) than cooking from scratch with GF flours.I strongly recommend. (and for more flavor, add about 1/2 shot of banana-flavored vodka... the little bottle work well. The alcohol backs out, so not to worry... or some banana flavoring. But be careful; the mix is pretty banana-y in itself.

Great way to use up a banana or two. Five minutes to mix a batch, simple.

Made a loaf of banana bread with this mix; added semi sweet chocolate chips and walnuts and I must say it was DELICIOUS. Plenty of banana flavor without having to add any more banana, and not too sweet either (can’t tell it’s 50% less sugar!). Also - I swapped some of the butter for coconut oil and it was perfect.

This was seriously one of the products where you question if it’s actually gluten-free. It was fantastic! Even my non-gluten-free kids ate it up. It was moist and soft and incredible. Make sure you do the crumble topping from the directions!

I have purchased Miss Jones muffin mixes three times and have not been disappointed. I had no problems identifying the ingredients, which is unusual for a packaged mix. For the banana muffin mix I opted for the two-banana version and added a half cup pecan pieces, which yielded an even dozen regular sized muffins (2.9 inch cup). As I age I have become more sensitive to refined sugar and wheat products and this muffin/bread mix is, for me, an excellent alternative. As long as there are no price increases I intend to purchase regularly.

Gifted to a friend for Christmas and she loved the bread. Said it was full of banana flavor.
