Surprisingly VERY GOOD!
I didn't expect much. These punching bags tend to be too small, for kids.However, this is surprisingly good.It's high enough for an adult to practice. At max hight, it's roughly at the head level of a 5'8''-tall person or so. I wish it was a bit taller, but all-in-all, pretty good size.Seems like solidly built. I've been using it for about two months, mostly for exercising my legs. Not particularly heavy use, but still so far, no signs of wear and tear. It looks like it will last.Also, very stable. The suction cups hold it firmly attached to the flooring (I filled it with water, too).Recommend.

Works as advertised, but very difficult to fill with sand
The instructions suggest to fill the base with either sand or water. I chose sand because I didn't like the idea of having several gallons of water waiting to flood the floor of the house in the case of a crack or leak in the plastic base.There is a ~3/4" hole in the base to put the sand into, and there is an obstruction about 1" under the hole opening inside the base. This means it is very difficult and time consuming to put sand into the base! Especially if the sand is damp and sticks together (it's nearly impossible to find dry sand at stores in my area this time of year). I realized that if I tilted the base on its side, there are small channels in the base that run outward from the hole and then the sand would sort of flow down the channels to the outside of the base. This helped, but it still took a couple hours to get enough sand in to weight down the base.Otherwise, the unit seems pretty sturdy so far and works as advertised.

Punching bag
Very easy to assemble punching bag with stand it was a gift for my son to take out his frustration at home because punching something he shouldn’t it loves it and will use it daily it was well worth the money

Do not hit it like a heavy bag people!
Side note: I had spinal surgery in August of 2020 so I'm at 75% power and mobility... This reflex bag is perfect to get your punching timings right and its great for slipping in/out to counter and work on your foot work or even throwing combos. IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR HEAVY PUNCHING, THATS NOT THE POINT OF THIS BAG. If you want a bag that can take heavies then get a PEXMOR standing heavy bag.
