Great product well made a bit smaller than shown on website but very nice very quick delivery too even day after thanksgiving on time to debone my fish as I was preparing fresh trout live I took my chance buying it with only one review I give it a five star definitely make a big difference fish looks nicer and easy to eat whether I make fish cakes or smoked nice!!

These tweezers are great for deboning salmon fillets, I keep one set at the fish cleaning station and one in the kitchen . They appear to be made of quality stainless steel as they haven't rusted yet .

These tweezers work great to remove pin bones. They wash well and are super easy to use.

Salmon fillets have long narrow bones that are not easy to remove with any normal kitchen utensils. I have tried removing the bones carefully with kitchen scissors, but it was never an effective method, either I ended up cutting them or only getting some of the bones removed. since I did not want to use pliers I reviewed the various products available and narrowed my choice to these tweezers. I like the weight (not dainty) and feel and its very comfortably in my hands and fingers. The tweezing edge is nearly 1/2 wide and both sides are flat and come to a perfect edge to edge position making it crazy easy to grab and remove those long bones. I am buying these for Christmas presents for our kids.

Easy to use. I've used it to pull bones from salmon and lake trout before broiling them. Firmly grips each bone. Simple shape is very easy to clean. As an engineer, I must say it is an example of optimal design: simple, functional, well-made.

Works well on salmon fillets.

I got this as a gift for my husband. He loved it. He said it doesn’t rip the meat. It takes the pin bones out so easily. It does exactly what it is suppose to.

The product was polished and looked like a well made product.
