SuperStroke Traxion Tour Golf Club Grip, Midsize, Advanced Surface Texture Improves Feedback and Tackiness and Even Hand Pressure, Black/Gray

I previously installed a Super Stroke Traxion putter grip on my putter, and really fell in love with the feel of that Traxion material. So when it came time to look at re-gripping all my clubs, I put these on the list I wanted to consider. I also was considering the Golf Pride MCC grips, but these won out for me because of looks, feel and PRICE. I was interested in dipping my toe in on the reduced taper, and these get me that dip-my-toe-in feel, as the taper reduction isn't too much here. I was nervous about the "Spyne Technology" with the seam in the back, as I don't like those align types of grips, but these are super super un-offensive. If you really want that Align type, this really (in my opinion) doesn't give that, it's there if you really try to feel for it, but I never notice it just gripping my clubs, which makes me happy.This was my first self-install grips attempt, and I started getting nervous after reading other reviews that indicated they were difficult to install.. But really if you apply the solvent on your tape liberally, you'll have no issues. I got them on easily enough (one wedge I didn't soak the tape very well, and wow, yeah, I had to struggle to get that all the way on). The little rubber collar on the opening can be a little finicky to get slotted on, and I think it pushes some of the solvent off of the tape as you slide it on, so if there isn't a lot of solvent, they start sticking.Overall, love the look, love the feel, really happy with these

Very nice grips for the money.

I foolishly assumed this was a putter grip when I ordered it. It's not, it's for other clubs, irons, woods. It's a cool grip I was just looking for a putter grip and was drawn to this because of the price. It certainly raises the question why the putter grips are so much more expensive when they're basically the same just a slightly different shape. And I suppose it could work for a putter but I returned and went with something else instead

This was a nice replacement grip. Easy to replace the old one

Put this in midsize on my driver and fairway woods. Great feeling grip and I like that the taper is minimal. It's much more comfortable and I swing a few mph faster with these.Updated all my irons to these as well. The no or minimal taper is what works best for me. During install they liked to hang up about 3" on. When that happened I just stopped used a bit more solvent then tried again and they went on easily. I think you just need a bit more solvent overall.

For those reviews who said it would not go on, not sure what tape and solvent they are using but I have not had a problem installing these grips on all my clubs. The grips do require a bit more solvent I found out and do not like to be installed or removed with just air, water based tapes are a waste of time as well with these grips. I have now had these grips installed for about 3 months in humid climates around the Bay Area of CA and they do fine with light moisture/fog. Rain gloves in a combination with these grips work great for those days. Regular play has been very consistent as far as feel/grip and with the reminder rib it has helped with hand placement I use 3 layers of tape with an oversize grip and they do not feel squishy as with other types of rubber grips. Clean these after each round of golf and scuffing will not be required later on. I would highly recommend for those looking for a change in grips.

Very disappointed. Nice grip, poor size description. I love the SuperStoke grip on my putter. Therefore when I was looking for a softer grip for my driver and iron, thought I'd give SuperStroke a try. I current play with a Midsize from another very popular manufacturer. The SuperStroke Midsize is clearly smaller out of the package, but installed it anyway to check out the feel during a round of golf. Easy to install. The texture is nice, like the soft feel. Unfortunately, the Midsize is far too small in diameter, and more tapered than I thought it would be based on the description, and experience with SuperStroke zero taper putter grip.

The grip was delivered promptly.It was a little smaller diameter than I had imagined.It was very easy to install using double sided tape and mineral spirits.Feels good, and looks like it should be durable.

The media could not be loaded.  Tenía mis dudas porque me interesaba que el grip no fuese enorme y resultó que aceré de pleno tras investigar un poco (mucho).Este modelo es perfecto, la calidad excelente y la entrega dos días antes de lo establecido.En el vídeo puedes ver como lo monto en unos minutos. Estoy deseando salir a probarlo.
