Hello, on the ROES-PHUV75 we recommend changing stages 1-3 and every 6-12 months, the pH and UV Bulb once a year, and the membrane and post carbon filters every 2-4 years. What kind of water ph levels does this filter produce?

It is about ph9 plus. I tested with a alkaline bottled water that the ph was almost the same.

I am only getting a cup - 2 cups worth of water before pressure drops very low, it does not give me 3-5 gallons before slowing down, how can i fix?

Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting APEC. After dispensing 2 cups and pure water pressure slows down, please kindly check if the water storage tank is light or heavy. If it is light, this would indicate there is a possible filter clog due to higher particles in water so replacing the stages 1-3 filters usually take care of this. If the tank is heavy full of water, this would indicate it is a tank issue. We have simple test instructions we can send to determine the actual cause. Does this come with/include all filters/UV? filter
