is the handle hollow or solid?

I am not sure if the handle is hollow or solid, but I assure you this is an excellent made knife. My wife is 68 years old and says the Rada Knives are some of the best she has ever used. If you are interested in a Tomato Slicer try the Rada you won't be diddapointed.

Do the aluminum handles make the knives too light?

I have these knives and they are very sturdy! I wouldn’t be without them! I have given several sets as gifts. They loved them as well!!

does the blade extend fully inside the handle? Some knives don't and years later you find the plastic handle breaking between handle & blade.

These knives last forever. Handles will not come off the blades. We have some that are as old as me. Over 40 years old.

Do these exist? I never got the ones i ordered in November.

Yes. I received the set I ordered. Might try talking to Amazon about the non-delivery.
