This is NOT a 100 piece setAbout 25 of the pieces are marbles which to me is a complete conYou get far too many of the single tube pieces to the point where you are forced to but more sets just to be creativeI have a few "fake" marble runs which are better quality and actually go together much more firmly.You are paying for the brand name and that's it.The price is extortionate and the con of getting the marbles is frustratingI would advise you to buy a different brand which will be much cheaper!

Really happy with this toy, keeps adults and toddlers engaged for long periods of time. Plenty of pieces in this mega set, to make large runs if you want. The circular pieces which send the marbles swirling round and round, are particularly good. In the box you are given 4 photos of different runs, from simple to very complicated, and you can copy these if you choose. Once you get the hang of what you are doing, you can then proceed to improvise and come up with your own designs. The pieces are good quality, sturdy plastic. Your constructions will readily collapse if you knock them by accident, of if like us you have a curious baby crawling in the vicinity, but i have not found this to be a problem, as part if the fun is building and re-building it and changing the layout. If it was just one permanent moulded piece of plastic which never changed, i think it would get boring, but making bigger and better runs is part of the enjoyment.

Very enjoyable for my pre-schooler who can can already after a month assemble simple small runs and spends hours playing with this. Larger assembly is primarily by adult. It is not necessary to follow the design shown on the pack, you can just assemble the components as you like from the ground up - provided you pay some consideration to balance, stability, structure and where the marbles will go. There are some spots where the marbles can stick (flat spots and slightly blocked pipes) but these seem to get integrated into play. I might buy a second matching set as an add-on.

This product is amazing, it keeps my 3 year old entertained for ages. She will sit and watch the marbles go down for long period of time. My only issue with the product is that it comes with 3 round sections which have little holes round the edge to sit a 3-pronged section on top, but they don't actually sit in the holes which are meant to hold them in place meaning they have to be precariously balanced on top. Best to be used on a hard surface though as my 3 year old tends to lean on it now and again and when on carpet, it will just collapse.

My grandson who is 4years old absolutely loves this ...as does his father! I've bought these in various sets, for birthday and Christmas, so has had them for a few months now and plays with them every day. My grandson love's them and hasn't tired of tthem which is in itself amazing!He is now able to build a huge, complicated layouts which keeps him entertained for hours! I also think it's educational on various levelsThoroughly recommend!
