Does anyone have trouble with screwing in something with the M10 inserts? My bolt won't got more than three/four turns into it without seizing

I had issues with these cutting a clean thread. Then the coil doesn't insert just right. When in doubt, pull it out. Try again.

Can these be used on a through hole?

Yes as all helical inserts can, just count the number of threads in the hole and make sure the insert is less than that amount. If it is too long then cut the coils with a suitable wire cutter on the non bent side of the insert until desired length is achieved. 🤠

with the M5,,, what is the pitch of the thread ?

M5x0.8x6.7. This is a great sent to have in your shop I've used a lot works great and a good price
