Ok...seriously...these things are delicious! With 1 net carb per bag, these have been an amazing find. When doing a low-carb/keto diet, something to crunch on is very important. There's only so many pork rinds one can handle. These provide that much needed crunch, and are really very cheesy and tasty - really close to cheese doodles - no odd aftertaste or powdery consistency I've noticed with other "low carb" snacks. They are a bit pricey, yes, but worth every penny. The big thing for me is the snack satisfaction these bring that makes a keto diet much more tolerable. Give these a shot...I'm glad I did.UPDATE 10/3/21: Still a big fan of these snacks. Since my last review, I was diagnosed with diabetes. And while I certainly cannot vouch for anyone else's medical situation, my doctor assures me that these are a friendly staple in my diet. Low sugar + low carb = stable blood sugar...again, I'm no doctor, but my doctor is a doctor (lol), and he approves. Oh yeah...and they are still delicious and crunchy...looking forward to trying other flavors.

When I ordered it, I was so excited to receive it since going on my diet. I found the portion size was okay but I was disappointed in the taste. I didn’t expect it to taste exactly like Cheetos, but I was hoping for something close. It looks like Cheetos, and had had a great crunch. It did have a hint of cheddar taste but it did have a funny aftertaste. I’m not sure if it was because of the yeast or vegetable juice they put in to make the snack itself. I also wish they gave you the option of buying just 1 bag instead of having to buy a whole box. I now have a box of these things that I will not eat and need to throw out. Wasted money down the drain.

These are very crunchy and flavored like ordinary cheese puffs; I think the texture is similar to Jax. It is true, these are not the world's best cheese puffs, but they are probably one of the world's best Keto snacks. I like then a lot and have just ordered my third box in about 4 weeks. I rated them 5 stars because they are much better than quest chips or any other savory keto snack I have tried. The list is long, and includes fat snacks, hilo, and a bunch others these are like the real thing; I can't eat pork rinds for a snack everyday. I like the sharp artificial cheddar flavor, the puffs are generously seasoned, and each bag has only 1g carb/serving. I will probably get a subscription.

Here’s the deal. I’m obsessed with cheese snacks. I can eat a whole box of cheezits, goldfish, or cheesy puffs. Regular ones are SO HIGH in carbs. These snacks wreak havoc on my lifestyle so these snacks are a god send. Are they super flavorful? No. Do they crunch, dissolve and function like regular cheesy puffs? Yes. These trick my brain into thinking I’m eating the regular high carb foods. Maybe over time they can work on the flavor profile and add more in the future but I’m happy with these. You can’t beat 1g net carbs for a bag of cheese puffs! I get that these are expensive. A box of cheezits is $5 while a pack of 12 is $32. That’s CRAZY. I probably can’t afford to eat these all the time, but they’re really helping me on my keto journey. I do hope that they will lower the cost of these products eventually but I am currently happy with the quality and don’t mind paying extra for better quality food. My honest opinion? These snacks could be cheaper and more flavorful, BUT they provide me the crunch and texture I’m looking for while maintaining my diet goals.

I debated about getting these because they were so very expensive but my daughter can’t eat corn or onions and hasn’t been able to get cheese curls in forever. So why not.First too expensive for the size. These are tiny bags. Very full but tiny. Second, not puffs more like hard puffs but not like Cheetos. Kind of like if you had hard styrofoam.Will give that it had lots of cheese flavor. The cheese was the only thing that was decent. The other flavor was eh at best.Guess I wasn’t super sad that they were so bad as if they were really good I might have been tempted to buy more. And I can’t afford to buy more.Lastly I understand why you can’t just buy a sample bag. You wouldn’t want to buy more.

Takes a minute to get use to. Lots of flavor but the bags I received we not all filled consistent. Some had 4 to 6 peices and other bags a a lot more but good flavorNot sure if I would buy again

I’ve been on keto diet for about 6 months and was trying to find healthy snacks. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I took one bite and had to spit it out. Tried to see about a return/refund but I got stuck in a loop and couldn’t get through.

I'm going to be honest this isn't going to replace cheese puffs but for being keto it is very nice, the flavor is on point all the people saying it tastes bad don't understand keto products for what it is the flavor is amazing I have tried the sour cream and onion as well as the cheddar cheese both taste great they have around 3 to 4 carbs each bag which is a great snack with 15gram of protein. The reviews come from people who must have the worst taste buds ever because they can't distinguish between crunchy and stale, they are not stale at all they have a good crunch and they give you a good amount of puffs it tastes nice and if you end up buying the sour cream ones add some ranch powder and it is very tasty. I would recommend these chips for anyone wanting to do keto or just have a low carb snack for after the gym it has around 15 grams of carbs it is very nice.
