Nice first aid pouch for your ALICE web belt or packs. Genuine USGI issue in excellent condition. Comes with both Alice clips and working snaps. Almost brand new condition. However It does not come with the plastic box I used mine to carry a gunshot wound kit and a single Israeli bandage. Attached it to my USGI web belt. I ordered a second pouch to attach to my ALICE pack after I saw the quality of the first one I received.

Good piece of gear. Smaller than what I was expecting but durable.
