does it come with the cable that powers the mic and if it does is it usb or aux?

Is xlr connection so xlr wire is required(which doesn't come with the mic)no usb, no aux.you'll need audio interface to be able to connect it.it's a mic for professional music recording, if you need something like for blogging better to go for something else, usb mic for exemple.
