Inexpensive and works
Bought two of these for two 27 inch monitors. Easy to install but the instructions are kind of blah. There will be a ton of extra parts if you aren't drilling a hole in the desk.My monitors are really light so i didn't have to do any tension adjustment. Freed up a ton of desk space and lets me put the monitors in better positions to help my neck. Really happy with functionality for price. They feel pretty solid and look nice too.

Sturdy, reasonable price and good monitor arm
This is my first time buying a monitor arm and this one did not disappoint!! First of all, the price is extremely cheap and reasonable and the quality is good.I am using this arm for a 34 inch ultrawide monitor under 19.8 lbs and everything is fine. I think if you use a monitor around 34 inches like me, you have to tighten the screws really tight so that it can hold your monitor better, about tightening the screws makes the monitor a bit difficult to move but that is not too big of a problem because I do not move the monitor much. The assembly is also extremely easy for a girl like me, because my monitor is quite big so I need another person to help. Another minus point is that when you type on the keyboard or shake the table slightly, the monitor shakes a bit.In short, this is a good monitor arm for such a cheap price and the material is also very good and sturdy

An extremely durable and affordable monitor arm
The North Bayou single monitor arm is an EXTREMELY durable monitor arm and it's pretty high quality. The tilt function is easy to use, it has great fluid mobility, I would've preferred if they sold a black version of these arms, but when I purchased these, they only had 1 option for the color at that was "dark charcoal" or something like that. Other than that, the monitor arm looks great and even has spots for managing your monitor cables. It functions exactly the way I need it to.I'm giving it 4 stars though because although the entire mount is easy to move around and is very fluid, when it comes to rotating the mounting plate is where I run into issues. I don't know if it's just with my specific arms, but the I find that it takes A LOT of forced in order to rotate the the plates on the arms so I can have my one monitor vertical instead of horizontal. I didn't see anything in the instructions manual as far as a screw to loosen to allow it to rotate easier so maybe that's just by design.Other than that, these monitor arms are amazing, durable, and has plenty of mobility. I would highly reccomemd these arms for anyone who wants to clear up some space on their desk if you have more than 1 monitor.

WOW! All this for $35? Might save your monitor from breaking too?
For background, I came from an IT job in which we used HumanScale M8 and M8.1 monitor arms. These are $300-400 products, so at least 10x more expensive. When I went to look for my own personal monitor arm, I was amazed at how cheap these were - I thought for sure that it would be junk and wouldn't feel solid like the ones I use at work. While there are some very tangible differences between the HumanScale M8 arms and this North Bayou, functionally they're remarkably similar. Interestingly enough, this arm was easier to put together than the HumanScale ones, and I was impressed at the materials with which its made. The HumanScale arm is a beautiful piece of matte metal, while this is a thinner, lighter black, glossy metal. The North Bayou still inspires confidence, but not in the same way.The North Bayou is easy to pivot around and adjust, and required far less adjustments than the HumanScale arms that I was used to. It's easy to hit the ground running with it.The arm has already saved my monitor once - I left my chair under the standing desk and hit the button for the desk to come down. The desk buckled with the chair under it, which would have caused my monitor to tip over and break the screen if it had been on its normal stand. However, with the monitor being on the arm, it simply buckled along with the desk and was completely fine. All in all, I give this monitor a huge thumbs up for its value, and I am thoroughly convinced that there is no need for someone to buy a $400 monitor arm if these exist.

Excellent piece of hardware
Excellent monitor mount. It was extremely easy to assemble, and the mounting plate fits perfectly on the back of my LG 32 graphic monitor. It is easy to adjust the height, and the angle holds the monitor very well

Does it's job, and does it cheap.
Good product, don't let the cons stop you from buying it. Amazing for the price and works just as much as it needs to. No fancy features but it is the baseline for monitor arms. Does it's job.Pros:1: Good horizontal range of motion. As well as good rotation.2: Easy to install. Took me about 30 minutes to clamp it on and attach the monitor.3: Solid, no signs of wear after almost 6 months of use.Cons:1: The monitor arm does not really go high enough for it to be on top of any other monitor (unless your monitor is relatively small), making it harder to have a good 3 or 4+ monitor setup.2: Your desk can't be right next to the wall for full range of motion. This is not a problem for me, but others might have to cut a hole in their desk for the arm to work nice3: The clamp works in such a way that, if your desk has a metal bar under it for support, then the clamp can't fully get on there. I remedied this with a block of wood that was the same thickness of the metal bar (as shown in the pictures). This is not a problem if your desk does not have the support bar.

awesome monitor arm
Very straightforward product with a lot of ways to have you monitor for your desired setup. I have a 27 inch LG monitor that’s positioned in a portrait view. Works well and helps save space from the stock monitor stands.
