Lovely item, very attractive and 'fairly' practical.Good:Looks like a faberge egg. The decoration looks like enamel, it doesn't discolour much in use and the internal charcoal tray is well considered and easy to empty. When it is burning, the whole look is very attractive.Bad:The lid is heavy and needs to be pivoted back with care, and with a pair of tongs when hot. It's quite easy at first to make the item topple over. I can't criticise it too much for having a solid lid and the laws of physics are to blame for it becoming imbalanced, but you just need to make sure that you or the gift recipient does things slowly and gently.Overall described as one of the best gifts I ever bought.

I bought this to safely burn incense cones. It is beautiful to look at. I was surprised how heavy and well made it was, so get yours, it is totally worth it!!

You would still be as taken in by its charm and beauty; then when you start to use it and step back and look at it in use......... I bought one to burn cones, however the holes are far to small, in which the cone just flickers out. Having said that even though I found it not fit for. I was impressed with the quality, so ending up buying another one to pair them up as ornaments.
