I purchased this because it was listed on the vegan list, and I did not want to deal with the hassle, regarding the ingredients. I must say that these will make you extremely sleepy, but the work well. Just make sure you can get all the sleep out, because if not you will feel sluggish. I know it a lot, but what can I say it works.
