The media could not be loaded. Dysuria of mine subsided soon after taking this medication. Ayurvedic products from Kerala are often better made adhering to strict quality control guidelines. There are fakes as well. This product is effective in my case. Highly recommended. Not acrid or sour but a mild sweet taste. Thank you AmazonEditing after a day: miraculously my dysuria vanished or became very mild. Great and quick results. That doesn’t mean everyone will experience the same. I am also on a strict diet. Zero sugar, zero to a little oil, zero milk vegetarian with leafy green vegetables and fruits Paisa vasoooolllll….,,

not up to the mark, bit watery... not effective,,,
Not sure whether the issue is with this particular product or with this particular bottle i received. Its more like water and very less ingredients were used. so this particular bottle i consumed was ineffective. also there was little leak of liquid in the bag,
