A hearty gluten free flour mix
I really like this mix, way more than the 1-to-1. This one is hearty, and the texture of the baked goods is a little more hearty. The 1-to-1 tends to make things that are stickier. I made a zucchini carrot bread with it. Definitely a good gluten-free option.

This stuff is delicious
Best pancake recipe ever on the back of the package using this stuff. Way better than anything with gluten.

Finally I have found an alternative to wheat flour
I was very skeptical because I have tried so many gluten free, low carb or paleo friendly flour alternatives. All have fallen short in some aspect or another; whether it be taste, smell or overall consistency. The evening I received this I had to open the package to smell and sample. So pleasantly surprised at the feel, taste and smell. I was concerned that the coconut taste and smell would overpower this formulation but I am happy to report that the aroma is pleasant. I could not detect the coconut in it. I made a muffin cake. Rises similarly to wheat flour. I think I could have used less flour which is a plus. The taste is full of flavor and the consistency was on point. I will update this review as I try other recipes.

Doesn't taste like flour
Bought this when I was doing a Paleo diet and wanted an alternative to flour. Made pizza crust and it was dry and tasted like cardboard. For the $20 price tag, there are better gluten free flours out there.

If you are gluten free, this is an amazing flour. I use it in all of my recipes without using Xanthan, it just works well for everything!

Great for Paleo and Gluten-Free Baking
I've tried a number of almond- and coconut-based gluten-free flours, and this is the one that I like best. Unlike many coconut-based products it doesn't suck up tons of moisture, and unlike many almond-based products, the consistency of your baked goods don't end up mealy. While nothing is exactly like wheat flour, this is about as close as you're going to get!
