Q: what is difference 50570 vs 50655

The difference between Inside & Out (50655) and Super Protectant (50570) is that In & Out can be used on the outside plastic, rubber and tires as well!

Q: Is this the same as the Turtlewax F21 vinyl protectant?

I believe not -- their new Performance Plus Super Protectant smells and works the same, and has the same features on the label (I have both). But I will say I do prefer the Mothers Protectant for it's ease of use, subtle appearance and nice cherry scent.

Q: Can we apply this on piano black shiny plastic trims on the left and right side(on exterior pillar A) of windshield?

It might work, but I would recommend Turtle Wax T-125 Premium Grade Trim Restorer for your application.
