No More Cable Chaos – These Trays Are a Game Changer!
If you're tired of the tangled mess of wires under your desk, this under desk cable management tray set is exactly what you need. I was constantly battling a jungle of cords—phone charger, monitor cable, power strip, you name it. But after installing these trays, my workspace looks so much cleaner and more organized. Each tray is sturdy, sleek, and just the right size (17 inches each) to hold everything from power strips to adapters. Installation was a breeze with the included hardware. I mounted them under my wooden desk with zero issues. They're low-profile enough not to be seen, but strong enough to hold a surprising amount of gear.Bonus: The black color blends in perfectly with my desk setup and gives it a more professional look. Now I don't have wires dragging on the floor or getting in the way of my feet.Highly recommend this product to anyone working from home or just looking to tidy up their setup. It's a small investment with a big impact.

It is sturdy, it helps organize the mess of the under-desk wires. Be sure to have a drill!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have tried some others with guaranteed adhesive that just did not work. I have a built in desk and this worked great. I appreciated all the screws to ensure that it is secure.

Does the job perfectly
I have an old Sauder desk from the early 90s that is built like a tank with a huge surface area. I didn't want to replace it, but I wanted to better organize the area since I've been using a desktop riser to convert to a standing desk. This was the perfect solution. Previously I had to keep some of the power bricks on top of the desk to ensure I had sufficient cable slack to raise and lower the riser. Allowing them to rest all the way down on the floor was not an option. Now I can move them all underneath into the tray, as well as pick up the power strips off the floor. The trays were very easy to install, though I definitely suggest following their installation advice and drilling pilot holes in the mounting surface. If you're worried about drilling through the desk, put a depth marker on the drill bit (a piece of masking tape, wrapped around the bit at the desired depth). They even helpfully provide a template for drilling the holes on one side of the box, making it very easy to get things aligned and straight (for your inner perfectionist). With all 9 screws snugly installed, the trays are very secure and have zero wobble or instability. My only regret is that I didn't know about this product years ago. My desk has a nice deep area for mounting on the back, completely hidden from view by the support running through the center of the desk, and this would've made my work area so much nicer even prior to using the riser. Once my new riser arrives and I do some better cable management, I'll post a photo of the finished installation. One suggestion I have for the product team: It would be nice to have two velcro straps per tray, rather than just one. I have a power strip to mount on each one, and a single strap does the job, but two would make it more secure. Since that is an easily remedied and minor concern, I'm still rating this a 5-star product given the overall quality and stability. It's nice to see you can still find a quality product on Amazon!2021-04-01 Edit: Added photo of final installation

Great quality basket, but it's not as sturdy as I would like.
The size is about where I would like it, they could be a little bit deeper to better accommodate double row power strips; this is definitely designed around a single row. On a 74"W standing desk top, I can fit a third one of these so consider how much cabling you intend to house. The mounts are odd, you would assume there's a flat plate with a few holes - but there isn't, it's wire frame with a narrow portion that you use screws & washers to secure. They give you lots of those by the way, I installed a screw in every other block which I believe was overkill for their weight capacity. The baskets are strong, but kind of flimsy. You won't easily BEND one, but they do tweak a bit if tugged on. While extending my standing desk, a cable grabbed onto something and when it finally let go - you definitely know it.They could be a little longer and not hurt my feel-bads, a little deeper for double row strips. I'll buy them again however, they do their job well, and I am nit-picking.I recommend tying up your excess cabling and then velco strapping them to the outside of the basket so they don't interfere as much with your plugs & transformers. An idea for the future would be to add provisioning for mounting a power strip using wall-mounts. Unless you strap your power strip in with a zip-tie or other cable management tie, they will be loose. Don't worry, they aren't going anywhere.
