Really excellent when mixed with another fab compost that got from here.Very new at gardening but must be a natural as just all came together automatically.....Plants growing beautifully Bar but dint think this is anything to do with this soil as others are amazing. Not an expert but it is so much better quality than a big branded name one brought which is everywhere which was dreadful.Would highly recommend! Good value and excellent consistency etc.Needs to be mixed with another hardier compost as quite fine on its own.Thank you ☺️ 🌈🌟

Very happy with the packaging and arrived on time.Very disappointing compost, much lighter but more to the point nothing grew.I planted grass seeds, granted in a shady area and watered as instructed but nothing.Also planted tomato, basil, runner and broad beans. Nothing at all came up.It COULD be the temperature was to low, really not sure.I would perhaps give it another try BUT the price has increased so will not.

This is by far the best seed compost I've ever used. Not the cheapest, but you certainly get what you pay for. I used it with a variety of seeds, for example, tomatoes, cucumber, peas, cabbage, runner beans, etc. - 100% success rate and plants have such a good root system I had to keep re-potting them waiting to plant out. This is my go to seed compost now, and my father has changed to it too.

This is the best seed compost I have ever used highly recommend it I know it’s a bit expensive but seed germinate really well you will not be disappointed on my third bag just ordered my forth bag have not found a better see compost yet and will not be looking for any other make

I got suckered for reviews on this product and thought I’d give it a go. I have had some success with germination so it’s not terrible soil. However I don’t find it drains well, water sits on top of the soil and I’ve accidentally drowned a couple of seedlings with a very small amount of water. I also don’t recommend for use indoors because it attracts black fly. I’ve had to use another soil on the top layer to combat this. Will use up what I have but would not buy again.

I can’t be sure because I haven’t done a proper experiment (and won’t) but I didn’t seem to get as good germination with this product as with others. Nevertheless, acceptable success and peat free very much to be desired.

This really is wonderful compost. Light and just right for starting off seeds in. Good quick results too. Arrived in a box too so no damaged bags leaking compost everywhere.
