Can i attach "jimmy Rig" a hanging cooler?

I doubt it.  The vertical supports are just strong enough for the canopy.  Even my wife's purse causes it to sag.  Best to keep anything other than the canopy off of the top.  But otherwise, we love this little wagon for grandkids and to haul a regular cooler and folding chairs at the park or music festivals such as the one we are leaving for today.  It has some nice features compared to others in its price range.

How is this compared to radio flyer wagons?

I bought this one thinking that the big fat wheels would be able to handle more weight and also perhaps be better on sand. Well, this wagon sucked big time. You have to install the handles and that was extremely difficult to do and I had to leave it off kilter which was still functional but it was annoying to have the handle loose. Those giant wheels ended up being dysfunctional... on regular pavement! They get twisted and they get stuck when you’re making turns or having to back up and then go straight again, they stall and you have to sometimes manually correct the wheels. Eventually after only a couple of months use, the handle bar broke off and I ditched the whole thing. The other thing I hated immediately is the pockets... you can’t put drinks in the pockets at all. They don’t stay secure and nothing holds the drink upright. For instance you can’t put your Starbucks coffee or iced tea in there. It’s just a very lame wagon.

I don’t know how it compares to the Radio Flyer wagon because I have not tried that one... but this one sucked. 
I have another one now, that the wheels are regular sized and it’s great especially because it has a fold out plastic tray to hold drinks in place and no fuss.

How is this over roigh terrain? Ie stones and dirt? I am wanting to use it at a ren fest

It just depends on how much weight in is the wagon. The heavier it is the harder it is to push.
