Since I bought this mop I haven't used it once because the battery doesn't charge up. I even bought a step down power voltage converter to charge the battery in the UK. Amazon are no help because they would only cover £11 for return postage. Return postage to USA is £45. Because of Amazon US I am stuck with a faulty product. I will stick to buying from the UK warehouse only.

I need help with someone getting back to me about this product please!!! I’ve tried many times and no body will respond 😖. The sprayer will not work and I’ve done everything that troubleshooting told me to do. Please someone HELP!!! This not an inexpensive product!!!!

The old version i had worked well for about a year. Bought a new one and TWO different mops the batteries wouldn't charger or turn on. They're selling duds on products that they change to get good reviews. All the legit reviews I should have read because they were correct. All the good reviews are on other products. This is the new mop 580 with the new battery. Also they take a month to decide if they'll even refund. If I get mine faster I'll adjust my review but so far no refund. I'm returning it for missing items first time and not working and second one didn't work at all. Of course it's arriving back in the same broken condition I received it in

Clean floor

Worked fine the first time I used it but after that it wouldn't turn on, let the battery charge overnight but still wouldn't work. I reached out to the manufacturer, and they said it was a bad battery. They sent out a new one but the new one only worked for about 5 mins. I let it charge for a few hours before I tried using it. I let it charge for a few more hours after the failed attempt to use it but still nothing. I reached out to the manufacturer twice since then but still no response.the seller got back to me and is shipping a new unit and apologized for the delay in responding. hopefully this one will work right.

My product not working since I got what do I do

Poor quality control. With my initial order, the sprayer did not work. I ordered a replacement and the sprayer did not work on the replacement. Also the mop handle hit the floor as mop handles tend to do sometimes. After that the on/off button on the handle no longer worked. I think I want my money back

It's super easy to put together and it works great! It's smaller and more handy than my Bissel. I used it to clean and wax my floors and it worked perfectly! Battery lasts long so I don't have to charge it often. I was able to use it no problem even under the furniture, because of the flexible handle. I couldn't do it before with my Bissel, because it was too bulky and the handle didn't work so well.
