Works perfectly!
It does exactly was it is for. It is very sleek and adds so much functionality to your macbook! The adaptor is as described: very good quality and compatible with my devices. Easy to use and nice design. Light to carry around in your bag. It works very well and feels very well made very happy with this and would recommend to anybody.

Headphone socket produces sound lacking bass.
I bought this to use with my 12.9 iPad Pro 2018, it works but I didn’t like the headphone socket so have returned the device.The sound quality is tinny and lacks bass. You can only use it with stand 3 pole stereo mini jacks, if you use a 4 pole type off jack (which often come with headphones for mobile phones that have a built in mic) then the sound is out of phase, so you can hear the background music but the vocals of songs are very quiet. To solve this you have to partially pull the jack out of the socket.Hopefully they'll solve these problems with future versions.

I bought this to use with my iPad. It works great providing power whilst sending audio to the headphone port and other ports.

I am glad that I did that since this is awesome! Every port is functional on my unit and is convenient for whatever you may need randomly. It is very easy to use. I highly recommend the product. The hub is not for usb phones without a headphone jack.
This is not for mobiles before you buy it, after receiving this hub I plugged it in to play steam Link on my mobile the hub Is heavy when holding it up with your phone and controller and the headphone jack didn't work at all, great product just didn't work for me, would work great with a USB-c laptop
